Turkey, Egg & Cheese Muffin Cups

Easy healthy breakfast dish that can be eaten on the go.

  • 6 thin turkey/ham slices
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • shredded cheese
  • salt & black pepper optional
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease six muffin cups, or use paper liners.
  2. Place one slice of ham in each muffin cup & add chopped onions.
  3. Crack an egg inside the turkey/ham slice. "Add salt & black pepper optional"
  4. Add cheese on top then place them in a 350°F oven for 20-25 min depending on your oven.
